These terms apply to purchases of our physical products. Nerd Rage Asylum Limited is your seller. Printful produces and dispatches products on our behalf.

Products and orders

Product pages describe the artwork, garment, colour, fit and available sizes. Please check the size guide and your delivery details before ordering. Screen colours can vary, but goods must match their description.

Product prices, available payment methods and checkout charges are presented before you place your order. Shipping is charged separately. Any import charges payable on arrival are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Please contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. Changes may no longer be possible once production starts. This does not remove your cancellation rights.

If we cannot supply an item, we contact you and refund the unavailable item and any delivery charge no longer due. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains production, delivery and shipping charges. Our Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, return postage and faulty-goods remedies. These policies form part of these terms.

We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller when Printful or a carrier handles your order. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Questions and complaints

Email support@nerdrageasylum.com with your order details and the problem you need help with. We aim to reply within two business days. We will investigate and explain the next steps.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. This includes liability for fraud and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections available where you live continue to apply. Your right to use a court available under applicable consumer law is preserved.

Changes to these terms apply to future orders. The terms applying when you place an order continue to govern that order.
